Nambé is made from a metal alloy developed by a Los Alamos metallurgist. The pieces won't chip, crack or peel. They can be heated in the oven or on a stove top or chilled in a freezer. They also have great temperature retention. Hand wash only...no dishwashers or acidic foods.
