Announcing the 2011 MENU

Cheers 2011 party people, our upcoming event menu has just been announced!

Chicken/Beef Duet
Roasted Bistro Cut of Beef and Boneless Breast of Chicken with Whiskey Sauce
Red Skin Potatoes with Leeks, Tarragon and Edam
Carrot Souffle and Sugar Snap Peas

We will also have passed h'oeuvres upstairs during the silent auction and a dessert station available after the silent auction!
